Onna Tunic
I have ordered Scrub tops from Harveys before, with no sizing issues. Decided to try the Invincible Onna stretch tunic, bought in an XL like previous Scrubs, but there was absolutely no way this was an XL, not even a Large, it seems more like a Medium, quality of the scrub was great but extremely disappointed with the sizing.

Communication others could learn from
I have had a lovely experience with this company, first time ordering, the website was clear and easy to use. The choices were great also. When I ordered my uniforms, I received a lovely email from Tammy to let me know that my order was fine but there was a slight delay on delivery. She did not have to do this as it wasn't that long at all but it was a lovely touch and it meant I was up to date on everything. Communication is a key and she was excellent in her delivery. Love this company

Excellent customer service
Harvey's did not have the item I wanted in stock, but communicated this quickly and clearly. After I explained my deadline, they had one made immediately and sent it over by courier at no extra charge!

Disappointed
Order process simple, postage good but quality of uniform has gone down since my last purchase which is very disappointing. My employer supplied some that I felt were poor quality so I thought I would order from Harvey’s only to find it’s the same rough material and the popper was better quality before as was the design. Pockets are high and the splits on the rear a bit excessive for me.

I ordered 2 tunics for work
I ordered 2 tunics for work, the orders total price was £26.34 , when they arrived they were too big , my return slip gave me the chance to reorder or have a refund, I ordered 2 smaller ones. I took them to the post office & it cost me a further £3.89 to return them, a few days later I received an email saying my money would be in my account in a few days, I phoned Harvey’s & explained I had reordered them on the return slip & the woman said no you have to reorder them online & pay the tax & delivery fee. So these tunics are £8.50 each but it has cost me a total of £30.23 & im receiving £17.00 back , needless to say I am not reordering them again & will definitely not be ordering from Harvey’s workwear again & with advice others to do the same.
