I always book packages online but it can be confusing. We decided to go local and are glad we did. Fantastic service and everything well explained. Jane and her team were so friendly.

When we booked our holiday we asked to be near albefera old town
We are here now and we are about 5 miles away so we have to get taxis e every time we go in and come back which we did not enclude in our spending money The reception staff at our hotel are very rude and not at all helpful We are staying at the Hotel Bala Grande.If I could I would move

James made it very easy for me to find the right cruise. And helped me through the booking process. He was great and had a lot of knowledge about the cruises.
