As always the staff are very helpful ,friendly and efficient, this is the fifth time we have booked with Hays Travel we would never use anyone else.

My wife & I booked our honeymoon before Covid. We were paying it off over a year. We paid £300 deposit. It was A cruise to Nashville & the deep south. During the paying off period covid happened. We were informed that we now needed to be vaccinated or we can't go on the cruise. We said at this particular time we didn't want to be vaccinated & asked for our deposit back so we could book somewhere else that didn't require a vaccination. Hays travel refused to give us our deposit back. Although we didn't need to be vaccinated at the time of booking but changed the rules when we were due to travelling. Surely if the rules change they should offer you a refund or at least a credit. Such a bad unethical company with greed being more important than customer satisfaction. We have been trying for 3 years to get a refund and will continue to pursue it until they do whats morally right. Andrew Matheson
