The Hays Travel team at Allestree have once again organised an excellent holiday for myself and my husband to Italy. They list to my requests, adjust, clarify and overall provide a great service!

Really glad I went to Hays rather than booking myself. Kelly asked questions I wouldn't have thought of and made sure I had the support I needed for my health conditions. She also made sure my cabin was not under the theatre. She had a deck plan of the ship so I could make informed choices. Really good unhurried personalised experience.

Didn't have to wait to be seen. Emmie was our advisor & very helpful she was. Told her what we wanted & when, she then brought up our options & prices. All in all a very easy & painless process.
Only negative, the AC was too high, it was cold sitting in the place & we weren't there very long.

From the moment you walk in the door you know the staff want to help you find your best holiday. Kelly and Arun have recently helped us tremendously. As usual we came out feeling we had spent time with friends.

We booked our 4th cruise recently with hays travel at Allestree with Aaron. As always the service was first class and nothing is too many much trouble. We wouldn't consider booking with anyone else.

Staff are excellent. I did cause confusion abt departure airport from USA but staff were very professional and the matter was swiftly dealt with.

We have been using Hays Travel Allestree for some years now, and will always go back there, there help and advice is always much appreciated ( particularly from Kelly)

Me and my daughter went to Allestree branch today Lewis was outstanding really patient as we didn't really know where we wanted to go but he stuck with it great service thanks Lewis

Great customer service from Lewis! They made the whole process of choosing and booking the holiday so easy from start to finish. Lewis was so patient, listened to our needs and answered all of our questions and booked us a wonderful trip, all with such a warm, welcoming and friendly personality.
