The whole process of booking our trip was made very easy by both Alison and Hollie at Hays Travel Annan. They were both very informative and answered all our questions and made the whole process a pleasure. As a wheelchair user they helped us book an accessible holiday and I have no worries about taking our trip and I will certainly use Hays Travel again.

When we booked our holiday and others in the past all your colleagues are wonderful. We have had a lady called Hollie twice know and this holiday we booked was Hollie. She is exceptional at her job very helpful and full of knowledge. Thank you Hollie.

This was my 2nd visit within a few days.
The first visit I spoke to Hollie gave her the details of who was going on holiday and what I was looking for. She came up with 5 choices. On my second visit my family had decided on where we were going. Again I spoke to Hollie, gave her the details and within in minutes she had everything sorted. Simply amazing service.
