Fantastic and efficient service in finding the perfect holiday
Isabel has been wonderful from our first chat to find a holiday in Italy and her perfect suggestion of Sardinia to the completion of booking our holiday.
She emailed details and followed up with telephone calls to see my thoughts and understood our reservations in the first idea proposed. Isabel came back with a holiday that ticked all the boxes. And was professional and efficient in completing booking the holiday. I have been so impressed and would recommend Hays travel to family and friends.

Hollie was excellent. We were looking for help with choosing our first ever cruise. She had excellent communication skills and was really helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions offering advice and guidance. We were grateful to book with Hays Travel.

I went to the branch in Ashford, Kent and spoke to Anne-Louise who was extremely helpful with booking my honeymoon. She was able to recommend the best places to go for the destination I chose and went above and beyond to find the best quote for me and my partner. I cannot thank her enough!

Amazing customer service! Isabel got straight to the point booking our first family holiday. She was extremely prepared, patient and professional throughout the whole process and made it very simple for us, specially with children in the office.
