A Brilliant Holiday Company!
We went in to this branch not knowing where we wanted to go, the only information we gave was that we wanted to fly with Jet2, didn’t want late flights and wanted to go somewhere warm and sunny for Christmas. We did this on two occasions, the first time we were found a holiday in Tenerife, the second a trip to Lanzarote because we’d never been there. Both holidays were excellent, from flights, transfers and accommodation.
The person helping us in Hays was excellent finding us what we would have chosen ourselves. She was patient and explained everything to us, she even told us about the Hays Travel Money
Card which is a good way to always have money with you without carrying too much cash.

Everything was explained from arriving in shop till leaving we had a few choices of hotels we liked and were shown details of all of them from prices location board options also given details when tickets would be available to pick all in all excellent service

Holiday i went in for was unsuitable because of hilly area but assistant was quick to find alternative in same price bracket, arranged flight with leg room and airport parking. Brilliant service.

Good advice and location found by Sarah
we were unsure of where we wanted to go so asked Sarah to find us something suitable.
We gave the dates, standard of accommodation and type of resort we would like, Sarah found us a holiday which was suitable, not somewhere we would have chose on our own but were very happy with.

Almost had a trip I didn’t want!
Went in 7th July 2026 not wheelchair accessible almost tipped out of my chair trying to get in the shop! Then the payment device was fixed in place difficult to reach and had to get someone to help put my card in the slot!
