Friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. When the holiday we were going to book wasn’t available Hollie suggested alternatives for us and spent time finding a lovely holiday for us.

Mia was very knowledgeable, informative and polite !
Nothing was too much trouble and she was happy to review alternatives and research better options to save us money
We went in to book a city break and also booked a cruise for the following year

You took the time to listen to what we wanted listing all our requirments and searched untill we found the perfect holiday for us you then printed it off and wrote down all information we needed to decide and talk it over you also price matched for us which was great we were really pleased with the service and booked our holiday the day after (no pressure) abd low deposit ..perfect .

However, the insurance was a real shocker, I should have shopped around and not accepted the shop recommend.
A real sickener! No pun intended.
I will not be going abroad again, as these insurance costs are not affordable for us.

This was my first visit to Hays, and it will not be my last! We went in to book a holiday, but needed help with decisions about where to go at the time of year we have chosen to holiday. Hollie was very patient and so helpful. We had a wonderful few hours and had the best time with the rest of the team during our visit. All in all, an amazing experience!

Kerry was as always most helpful and booked our holiday with no fuss what so ever would not go anywhere else the only issue I have is about having to pay for euros when ordered on line before you went into the shop and paid for them when you collected them

Route 66

I contacted hays to get a price for route 66 road trip. Nothing was too much for Holly she went above and beyond for us. Continuously trying to get us the best price for everything and beating any other quote we had previously.
