Never used Hays Travel before but Theo was so polite and helpful. He found us exactly what we were looking for and the process was much quicker than we thought. When we book again we will be asking for Theo. Hes an asset to your company and gives 5 star service

Theo checked out loads of options to find the right kind of deal for my family.
We went through possible destinations, budget etc, and narrowed it down until we had a winner!

Someone approached me as I looked at brochures. Took me to an assistant and seat. Answered my question and suggested a cruise. Gave me details of what I required.

Alesia's professionalism.
Alesia's professionalism plus the fact that the right hotel in the right place was available made the whole experience very easy. The icing on the cake was the £100 discount!
Then she booked our seats on the flights and arranged parking at the airport. What more could we ask for?

Helpful and efficient
Our experience was great from the time we walked into the Hays Travel office to the time we left. Friendly and competent staff. Jess who did our initial booking was very friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble for her and Theo who sorted out our seating choices the following day was equally friendly and efficient. They are both a real asset to Hays Travel.

Holiday selection and booking great
Holiday selection and booking all straightforward, with knowledgeable staff. First time I have used Hays Travel and quite happy.
Reason not 5 stars is that purchasing holiday insurance was confusing as I was initially quoted a price covering for cancellation of holiday. Happy with that. Then, later requoted as 'insurance didn't cover the whole cost of the holiday. Requoted and it was 3 times the price!
