Both of the staff members I spoke with were very helpful & honest about accommodation and holidays. I never got the feeling that they were trying to "sell" me a holiday but rather find me a holiday that suited my needs.

Karen really good, friendly and knowledgable, lots of time to go through different hotels and locations, giving honest opinion on pricing and what he thought would be good for our family but not pushy to get booking👍🏻

Staff are on the ball ref holiday details. Also they did call me back when they said they would. Would use them again for sure.
