Staff were friendly and helpful, our advisor was called Sarah, and she was so helpful and approachable. She found us an ideal hotel with great flight times for an excellent price.We left as very happy customers. 😊

Would usually rely on Internet to book trips away but on this occasion I wanted to rely on professionals as it was a large financial outlay.
I chose the Bangor, north Wales branch and was very impressed by member of staff Sarah who assisted me booking my flight to Australia . She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, providing me with several flight options and was very patient whilst I decided on the best option.
I would 100% recommend Hays to friends and family and it was a pleasure to have face to face support as opposed to relying on the Internet for travel plans.
The e-ticket for my flights was emailed to me later accompanied by a lovely message!

From the warm welcome we received on entering the store to the very friendly, helpful and professional actions of Leah our travel agent the whole experience was first class.

We were looking for an overnight hotel in Manchester airport and Stephanie was really helpful, found us one within the budget and booked it, all very easy. We will use Hayes travel for our future trips.

Excellent service

Sarah took a lot of the stress out of my holiday planning to Australia by sorting flights and a 3 week triple centre itinerary with fab hotels, and gave me a quote within 2 hours of speaking to her on the phone, she then booked the holiday for me on the same day. All with excellent customer service throughout. A very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent staff. Very efficient in finding a range of flights and giving advice on all aspects of the journey. Sarah in Bangor is a star!
