Staff are plesent helpfully and good at their job.

We have booked 2 years on the trot with hayes the assistant was called Claire she was efficient and very friendly. As I'm disabled and need assistance it was important that my holiday was arranged properly. I will definately be going back to hayes in the future.

Sam was very helpful with everything didn't feel like we was being rushed into anything. Listened to what we wanted and didn't want, we felt like we have a good deal for the holiday and can't wait to go. Would definitely use Hays again.
