I had a very bad experience with Hays…
I had a very bad experience with Hays Travel in Bedford, the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. I have logged a formal complaint to the regional manager already and will be putting this in writing. Hays Travel failed to inform my father of travel restrictions which meant and sold a package holiday without first checking on travel restrictions. The assistant manager was rude and unprofessional and just put down the phone on a customer, this was extremely upsetting.

Lianne (Bedford office) answered my call efficiently and patiently. I informed her of the hotel I would like to stay at. I'm not totally comfortable with technology, and was given time to think and get details correct: nobody rushed me.
Options were thoroughly explored and everything done efficiently, professionally but with a great sense of humour.
