Disappointing.
We supported the company (three times this year) because of it's heritage, however, we will not be supporting Belper's branch any further. Those in the management team have a poor attitude when something is queried or challenged and show little care and joy to ensure what they could and should be delivering. Great shame for a family company who has always excelled at customer care, to be represented in such a manner.

We were at the premises for a very long time trying to sort out a holiday and were dealt with in a professional manner and friendly way too. The staff are amazing and really do care about the customers. We would never go anywhere else.

I went in and spoke to Antonia, I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted.
Within an hour I had booked my holiday got my tickets printed and currency.
Couldn’t ask for more she was so efficient and knowledgeable. Great to receive such fantastic customer service

Dealt with Sharon who was amazing, everyone I spoke to were so helpful. Booked holiday through telephone and emails, no need for a visit.
We need travel agents with personal experience to guide us because online there's almost too much choice. Price was just as competitive too!
