She then helped us review the options and found a very good hotel with the facilities we were looking for in a location we liked, then took us through the booking process.

We like to support local businesses' and Hays is on our doorstep. It is also good to speak to a person face to face so that you can clarify any queries/questions. Service has always been good and you can normally find the holiday you want within your budget.

I had cancelled a holiday and needed to start again. I went into the store at Bexleyheath with a couple of options in mind. The member of staff that I spoke with was very patient and brought up a lot more options for me that I hadn't known about. She also said they would deal with checking in for me, which not being very good with on line procedures was a bonus.
