The booking process was very simple
I booked a holiday for myself and a friend and the booking process with Hays Travel was very smooth and simple. They communicated directly with the travel company whilst I was in the office and everything was organised very quickly and they were able to answer any questions I had.

Was not rushed at all. Jerad was a temp cover for this location on saturday, but this made no difference to how we were treated. He was very professional at all times and allowed us time to discuss options we were given regarding the cruise we were booking with him. Thank you Jerad for a great experiance. Clare

Great staff
All the staff take time to understand what our wants and needs are for a holiday and always find us the right one. It’s fabulous still having a local agent I can pop into at any point, gives us the confidence when booking knowing everything is completed by professionals who know what they are doing.
Nothing is too much trouble .
