Never booked through an agency before and wanted to go abroad for first time. I emailed them and they responded quickly . Went into the office and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped sort out the flight hotel insurance all of that within about half hour I think, so great fast service. Now I'm just in the process of just confirming the hotel room has 2 beds and when I emailed hays about it to just confirm they again responded fairly quickly so highly recommend!
