Excellent Service as always, the Ladies are very helpful and professional 👍
The only problem was with the internet, kept going down and making an easy job very difficult and time consuming.

I was given such a personal service , it felt like I was in a family. All my questions were answered and my cruise booked within half an hour.

Margi helped us to book our second cruise with Hayes, brilliant. Will be back to book some more holidays I am sure.

I entered the shop with no idea of what I wanted. Margaret who helped me was fantastic. She gave me lots of choices and never 'pushed' me. She devoted a long time to me, selecting a holiday and explained all the booking system. I would most certainly recommend Hays Travel in Bitterne to anyone. Well done to you all

Holiday booked special request of upgrade and private transfer

The agent knew what offer I was asking about. As she was an apprentice, she asked a colleague for clarification and they worked well together. They even managed to save me some extra money by applying a code/offer.

They worked as quickly as they could but still checked that I was happy with the product.
