Evie was polite, helpful and supportive throughout. She worked to get us what we wanted and took her time to make sure everyone was happy. Other staff also supported throughout.

Excellent Service from the Blaby Branch
As always the staff in the Blaby Branch are very efficient. Over the year we have booked a number of holidays and they remember who we are and what we like. Even when we give them a challenge for a bespoke holiday nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Sam, Lynda, Janine, Molly and the other staff.

Great service from 2 of the agents in the Blaby office. Helped us find the right holiday even after our choice turned out to have major renovations going on. Happy, friendly staff. I usually book myself on the internet but was recommended to Hays by a friend and will use them again.
