We went to Hays Travel Blackburn to book a Norwegian Cruise ! We had the lovely Jill cruise adviser who was the best very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with her expertise was priceless ! I thought to book on line but don’t go and see her it’s absolutely worth it to get all the details right.

We have never booked with Hays Travel before, but we had found a holiday ourselves and wanted to see if this agent could match the deal. We were met by a young girl, Ruby, who was brilliant. The deal was matched by Hays, so for peace of mind, we booked with them. And it will not be the last time we use Hays Travel either.

Laura at the Blackburn office was great! Very professional, polite, friendly & extremely helpful.
She did her absolute best to find me the holiday i wanted & was very competitive on price. She returned all my calls & even did extras like ring me to ensure I was happy with everything. Highly reccomended will definitely use this travel agents again! Thanks Laura
