We didn't actually know what we wanted really just a rough idea...walked into Hays travel and from start to finish Lorna was amazing! Found exactly what we wanted with the ideas we gave her and added extras like sorting train travel to our different destinations while there.

Staff at the Blackwood branch were very accommodating. Going above and beyond as they usually do in order to make our holiday work for us. We’ve been booking with Laura and the team for several years, and they have always been very helpful and particularly now with our new granddaughter joining the fun.
