I hadn't able to reserve my flights with a deposit so had to go home for the full amount, not Hays fault but a bit annoying

Helpful, friendly staff.
After emailing enquiring about holiday insurance, Lucy came straight back to me and was so helpful. I went into the Bognor Branch to buy the insurance. Unfortunately Lucy was not there, however, saw Jackie who was equally as efficient. Thank you.
