Me and my friend went into Hays travel agents in Bootle recently to enquire about a holiday advertised in the window to Marrakech in June 2026. It clearly stated that "luggage and transfers" are included in the price. During the conversation, the woman informed us that because the holiday is a "city break", luggage and transfers had to be paid for? So, in me and my friends opinion, that statement is misleadng, and should never of been advertised as so? Therfore, me and my friend had to pay more for this holiday, and we are not happy about it. Clearly, the offer does not apply to this holiday package, and should never of been advertised as so? We are looking into this further, as in a previous holiday last year to Turkey, we expected free alcoholic drinks and cocktails in an "all inclusive" holiday package, but had to pay for them! Its very disapointing to not get what we have paid for, and we are ALWAYS out of pocket.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any misunderstanding you had regarding the transfers and luggage when booking your city break to Morocco.
I am sorry on this occasion this happened, this isn't the norm and apologise you felt misled about the pricing, once we realised the window card was incorrect it was removed immediately and rectified to relate.
Kim did advise you before the booking was made that this was a genuine mistake and apologised for any confusion. I am glad in the end you were happy with the price and to go ahead and still make the booking with us.
I have taken this as a training issue with the team and rest assured this will not happen again.
With regards to your comments on your Turkey holiday, I can only see that the other booking you made with us here in Bootle is the cruise we booked together.
If you would like to contact the branch you booked the Turkey holiday in and I am sure my colleagues would be happy to assist with any comments you have and come to some sort of resolution for you.
I have tried to contact you regarding the comments you have made to discuss them further but have not been able to reach you.
I am happy in the end we were able to get you booked and you left the branch with a lovely trip booked to Morocco and I really hope we can offer our services to you in the future.
