Grear first time experience but not the last
First time we ever used Hays Travel for booking our holiday abroad after recommendation from our daughter. Katie at the Kingswood, Bristol branch could not have been more helpful. The whole booking process was faultless and we now have the benefit of returning directly to Hays with any future queries or problems should they arise. Will definitely use Hays again in the future.
