Gillian was brilliant. Very patient,thorough and friendly. She didn't hurry us at all.

Our experience of the Hays Travel event held at Aintree Racecourse was very positive. Every single member of staff was welcoming and supportive in directing us to the best person to assist us. The presentations were first class. It was a worthwhile experience for us to talk with knowledgeable experts on the day, without having to resort to a seemingly endless back and forth between call centres to glean information.
Gillian (from Bromborough branch) was most helpful. Both she, and Mark, the Fred Olsen rep, went above and beyond in the search to get us the correct cabin for our 2027 Norwegian Fjords cruise, as I have mobility issues and require a partially adapted cabin.
My husband and I are highly delighted with the outcome of a very productive few hours. Thank you and well done, all.

Hays travel has excellent staff nothing is too much trouble, we have been assisted by all staff members at some time or another over the years and they have taken all the pressure off booking a holiday, going out of their way to find what we are looking for and making sure we have everything covered.
For us there is no other Travel Agent .

Gillian made our visit exceptional. We thought we wanted to go to Croatia but after we were shown pictures of the terrain we decided against it. Eventually we decided on Madeira and Gillian eventually found a hotel with all the amenities we requested. We booked the hotel but it was after 6:00pm when we left.
