Helpful and friendly member of staff who guided us through booking a short holiday

My friend and I found Nadia very friendly and helpful. This is the first time we have used a travel agent and we were very impressed.

This was a very easy and straightforward process. Shannon listened to what I wanted and ensure the holiday I wanted was what she booked. I never have any problem with Hays.

Service was perfect and my requirements were listened to 100%.

After going in the wonderful young lady Shannon eventually found us the perfect holiday after 2 hours of searching, couldn't work out where we actually wanted to go Shannon had the patience of a saint and ended up going to Tenerif adult only, was perfect for us had a fantastic time, if it wasn't for all her help we probably have never picked this hotel it was wonderful, all I can say is 10/10 for her , great service

Shannon was great and took her time tae get the holiday/hotel room I was looking at a price that was suitable for me.

Paul and staff are very welcoming and nothing is an issue for them. They listen to what we would like and always find us a deal. Handy being able to get currency and it's always well sticked no matter what you need.

Out agent went above and beyond to find a holiday for seven females. A task not many people would want. Paul however managed in very little time to do this with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thank you Paul.
