The women who helped us was called Kim and was fantastic I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me sort everything from flights/ hotel , luggage and even commutes was so friendly and polite can’t recommend enuf and will definitely be booking holidays here from now on

We made our booking with Kelsey in hays Travel carrickfergus who goes the extra mile nothing is too much trouble. The other staff Shannon megan Serena and Martina all of whom are excellent and professional

Shannon made my visit relaxing . Even when it was taking along time for the person on the phone to get back to her regarding the booking. Shannon talk to me regarding my holiday places to see . She was very helpful and pleasant professional right to the end of my visit.

A brilliant experience in the Carrick branch.
We were dealt with overall by 2 extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff members.
Kim helped us at our first appointment, to narrow down our search and was very patient with our many different needs and requests booking a holiday for toddlers, teens, adults and pensioners. She went through everything and explained the different holiday destinations and what they had to offer and also gave details of things to help one of the family travelling with a disability. The second staff member (when we returned the next day to book and pay) was great. So knowledgeable and just made the entire booking process flawless.

Very simple straight forward and easy . We walked into Hayes and were greeted by Zayna told her what we wanted she was very friendly helpful and professional clicked a few buttons asked a few questions and within a very short time showed us our exact holiday. Absolutely fantastic.

Kim in Carrickfergus did an excellent job for me. From flights to holiday booking location etc, excellent. I keep going back to my favourite travel agent.
