We went into Hayes travel in Chester to find out about a potential Cruise holiday. We are complete novices when it comes to cruise holidays so wanted some advice and guidance to avoid making a mistake and booking something we later regretted. We were looked after wonderfully by Nicola, she took her time, explained everything clearly and was more than happy to go over the same options and suggestions and answer all of our random questions! She really made the whole process enjoyable and we have booked and left the shop feeling excited and reassured that we know pretty much everything we need to and have booked ourselves the most suitable options for our first cruise. Great service.

Hays always deliver. Lovely helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Can always count on the staff to sort our any problems or answer any queries.
