Helen is super friendly and helpful.
However found the other girls rather noisy between themselves...no other clients in the shop but girls very loud.
Just an observation....

Always a relaxed/pleasant booking process,staff friendly and helpful.Never feel that i should try anywhere else and always feel i get a good price 🌞😄

Once again another pleasant experience whilst booking with Gemma. Obviously very knowledgeable in her work, and is always helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem for Gemma, Hays are very lucky to have her.

Well we had looked online and could have booked the holiday there. But we were going to Dublin and there was so much choice and also different prices. The hotels can be very expensive in Dublin. We didn't know where we could stay that was sufficiently close the to centre but yet not too expensive. We had had a good experience with Hays before and they are on our high street - so easy to visit. So we booked through Hays. The staff member found us exactly what we needed. Perfect! Really grateful.

We went to the Chester le street branch to book a holiday and Gemma who served us was so helpful and up beat it was easy to choose and really happy

The staff at Hays, Ch.le.St (Emma/Gemma) went above and beyond when we recently booked our holiday. We booked a holiday to Crete but after booking a review appeared mentioning that the buffet in the hotel was closed. They rang the reps in resort who said it was open and there were no problems. They had the presence of mind to ring the hotel direct and found that it was closed. The Tour Operator agreed a full refund and we were re-booked on a holiday to Rhodes. We had a fantastic time. Gemma and Emma are a credit to Hays.
