We were helped by an apprentice who listened carefully to our requests and very efficiently found us a holiday We were happy to book. She sought help when required to ensure she was doing everything correctly and was supported well by a more experienced member of staff. I am sure she will become a valued member of staff as the more senior member must also be. Thank you.

We booked a once in a lifetime holiday with Sarah at Hays in Chippenham, and I just wanted to say how amazing it was. Sarah had done a great job of sorting flights ( we had seven in all) and organised pick ups from airports / hotels and all worked perfectly and on time ,we couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend using Hays in Chippenham.

Excellent customer service received from Karen. We popped in to see Sarah in reference to a holiday that we already have booked. We started discussing Krakow with Karen and left the store with a mini break booked for 2026!
