Claire was fantastic when booking my second family holiday to turkey, she made sure I was seated at the back due to my daughter needing to use the toilet. Followed Everything I asked for!!

I booked with Claire and was unsure of where I wanted to go it was my first holiday with my husband without our children she recommended somewhere I didn't think I would like. It was a great price and she answered all my concerns and I booked with her and it was the best holiday weve had. She has years of experience in the travel industry and has stayed at alot of the holiday recommendations she suggests so has experienced it first hand.

I contacted Claire after a recommendation from a colleague. I needed to book a family holiday and didn't want to spend endless hours going through travel websites. After providing the required departure airport, destination, dates, preferred accommodation facilities and budget, Claire replied promptly with some options that met the criteria spot on. Claire has personal knowledge/experience of the destination and with a single call to discuss some tailoring to the package, it was all booked very quickly. Claire provided a great, efficient service that was totally stress free that I would be very happy to use again. As a plus, the price quoted was even cheaper than if I had booked direct.

Prior to booking with Claire at Hayes Travel I had not been abroad on holiday for over 16 years and this was the first holiday I was taking my 9 year old son on as you can imagine I was slightly nervous in making sure the perfect holiday was chosen.

Claire assisted me in such a kind,caring,prompt,efficient and professional manner and took into consideration both me and my sons requirements. I couldn't have asked for anymore more she talked me through the booking process step by step she was absolutely amazing .

Depending on the occasion or time of year, myself and the girls take it in turns to book our holidays.
