Friendly and efficient service. They found a cruise for us that we had been led to believe by the company was fully booked apart from expensive suites.
Very helpful regarding extra Medical travel insurance.

Cleveleys brilliant as always
we gave the team at Hayes Cleveleys a brief and Louise came back to us with several suggestions that matched the brief taking away a lot of confusion, Louise was on leave when we got back in touch but Tegan picked it up seamlessly and we got exactly what we wanted roll on June :)

Well what can I say?
The girls in the Cleveleys store always go above and beyond to find us the holiday/trip we want.
In particular I would like to thank Louise who spent a lot of time making sure our trip ticked all the boxes. Her enthusiasm never faltered and helped us make the final decision, she is such a lovely person.
A kind mention for Tegan who helped with the booking and Sandra who shared her experience of a similar trip, that helped us make the decision.
