Great personal one to one experience
Rebecca was super helpful. She took the time to ensure all details were correct, particularly the geographical location of the location of the hotel in LA. In addition, she investigated different flight time options for internal flight between LA and Toronto. In the end, we made quite a large cost saving thanks to Rebecca. I would highly recommend visiting Hayes rather than DIY!

Rebecca was warm and welcoming in the shop in Clydebank, she was very informative listened to our requirements and needs that we wanted on our summer holiday.
We spent a long time looking at different destinations, with
