I popped into Hayes travel with 3 destinations in mind for next years city break with 2 school friends, came out 45 minutes later all booked, (we’re off to Malta) deposit paid, + car park, Holiday ins... Ver mais

Olivia was exceptional
Olivia was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable about the holidays you offer. Very patient as we had no idea where we wanted to go but did stipulate adults only.
She showed us lots of options before we settled on Turkey.
She explained everything clearly and concisely.
All staff in the Colchester branch have been polite and helpful in the past as well.
