Absolutely fantastic service
I have never booked or travelled abroad on my own before, so had lots of questions.
Chloe my agent was great, I had no idea where I wanted to go, apart from that I needed some sunshine.
And that it was a last minute booking.
I was given all the information I needed from start to finish clearly and concise.
Chloe made the whole thing a pleasure.
And made me walk out the agency with a smile on my face.
Will definitely be using Hays travel again.

Went into Hays travel Colchester…
Went into Hays travel Colchester branch yesterday to book our trip to China. We were greeted by Lily who was very attentive and explained every option and made the booking a breeze and followed up with a couple of emails to comfirm our booking.

Terrific help in planning your holiday flights.
Olivia and Emma were really helpful in finding flights to USA and travel within that country. Would thoroughly recommend going to Hays Travel for planning and booking flights.

The staff at Hayes are always so helpful and provide you with an excellent service.
On this occasion I was initially helped by Chloe in a telephone conversation and in the shop to finalise the booking by Emma.
They never let you down and do their best to find you a holiday at competitive prices.
I will always recommend Hayes, Colchester, to everyone who likes first class customer care.

Disappointed
Went in for help for a cruise it was booked online has a xmas present for myself and my partner im not a computer person all my cruises have always gone through hays travel as have the travel insurance been purchased there ! I asked for help to complete my on board info on my phone and was told that because I didn't book cruise through hays travel they wouldn't help me .. I have purchased £1000's of pounds worth of cruises through colchester travel agents and dispointed dont even cover how i felt when I left your branch .

Hi Lisa, Apologies you felt like this when leaving our branch after purchasing your Travel Insurance. As we mentioned in store when you asked us to view your cruise booking that you made online on our pc we could not access this, as this had not been booked with us, we advised you that we could only advise on the information you needed to complete your online check in which we did, and you advised us that a family member will assist you, and mentioned in future that you will book with us again in store so that we can service the whole booking.
