We called in at our hays travel agent an was met with a lovely smile ,we had a few hotels to look at an then made our decision they were very helpful an we got a brilliant hotel an a great offer

I recently booked a trip to Disneyland Paris for my daughter’s birthday. Lauren who supported me with the booking was amazing and persevered, despite having lots of difficulty with the Disney website. Even after my booking was complete she stayed in touch with important info and even checked us in so I didn’t have to. The lovely staff at the branch even personalised a letter from Mickey Mouse for my daughter to add some extra magical touches. Overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received.
