Very impressed.
Have called in previously to collect or enquire about specific brochures, and have always been met by professional and knowledgeable members of staff.
We visited recently to enquire about a tour, which we then booked. Once again, the staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and made our visit an enjoyable experience.

The Excellant service i got from the girls at the Coventry branch. Who was smartly dressed in there uniforms. And names are Parris and Sonia was so helpfull and in getting my holiday booked.
