We were impressed by the friendly and efficient staff who booked our holiday. And when we found the tour operator had made a mistake the Hays staff quickly resolved the issue. Having booked with this Hays centre before it was great to find their customer care has remained at such an excellent level.

Booked a cruise in the Coventry store. Katie and Sonia dealt with the booking which had some challenges, and they were both extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Sofia was polite and professional. Asked what we required and talked through our options . Very pleased 😀

Find the staff very helpful and friendly , never feel rushed , will always take the time to answer questions you may have ! Have booked with them a few times and would always go back to them .
