Superb service and knowledgege
Belle is a great help. She goes anove and beyond.
Having been on a cruise and stay where Belle recomended a great hotel in Dubronvik after listening to what we like we went back to her to.book another cruise.
The Cwmbran team were also extremely helpful with booking seats and airpiort experience suitable as my partner has a health related disability.
Great service all round!!

Falkirk wheel, finally got there. was very good
Hotel was very good, ground floor room and excellent food. The whole trip was well organised and comfortable. Tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. I look forward to many more trips through Hays Travel. Thank you.

Great experience in Cwmbran shop yesterday. Poppy was so helpful & sorted everything out in a wonderfully friendly & efficient manner. Also the manageress was super helpful & added extra codes to give us a great discount. She also added our booking to both Hayes & Jet 2 apps for me as well.
