I have booked a cruise holiday for 2027 for my 40th birthday. I was dealing with Mike at the Didsbury branch. He went above and beyond to help find the best deals searched different cruises lines and kept in touch when I was trying to organise everyone who was going. He kept his eye on cabins for the specific cruise I wanted he was truly a star. It's been a nice easy experience thanks to Mike.

We have travelled through hays travel for a few holidays now and have found them really helpful in choosing a holiday and booking all our needs .We can't fault them. Excellent.
