A fantastic experience from the minute I walked into the branch.
I was made very welcome and my flights were found to work best for me.
My money currency card was topped up with great efficiency and I was happy with the exchange rates.

We recently booked our holiday and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Both Elise and Sandy were incredible, friendly, patient and helpful through the entire process. Even when they ran into a few computer issues, they stayed calm, professional and upbeat, making sure everything was sorted. Their willingness to help made the whole booking experience smooth and enjoyable.

Thomas was very helpful, he searched different places for us as we were not sure where we wanted to go to. We explained it was a last minute relatively cheap holiday we were looking for, he found us somthing we were happy with .
