Gill has lots of experience and is good with advice on areas to stay and things to do etc. I always book with Gill as her service is excellent and we always feel like we have been looked after very well.

We went in to book 2 cruises the lady we got must be learning she got in a bit of a muddle and thought she had booked the same cruise twice so had to phone the cruise company to make sure she hadn't it all became very confusing but hopefully it's sorted out think we would have been better just booking it ourselves
