Welcomed upon entering store. Sophie was helpful, friendly with professional. She supplied all the information I required and answered all my questions. She explained clearly what would happen next and reassured me that if I had any questions that I should contact her or a colleague.

Really good service
Started to deal with an advisor on line, called Gill, who was extremely helpful. I then contacted the agency by telephone to book the said holiday and this was dealt with in a professional but casual way. Can't fault Hay's in any way.
