Tina, Eastbourne Branch was brilliant. It was BH Sunday, only 2 staff on duty so busy queues people waiting but she was calm and gave 100% of her attention. Professional and exceptional.

I never go any where else to book my holiday , i am a loyal customer and always use Hays Travel because of their brilant customer service. They never rush you and always give you 100% of their attention. They will find the best deal to match ones personel travel choice. I also feel safer booking in person.
