Tina, Eastbourne Branch was brilliant. It was BH Sunday, only 2 staff on duty so busy queues people waiting but she was calm and gave 100% of her attention. Professional and exceptional.

Service with a smile
Amanda greeted us with a smile when we went in to Hays Travel just to pick up a brochure and because of her welcome we booked there and then for our holiday. She was so helpful with all the information at her fingertips and nothing was too much trouble. She had a lovely personality. We left very happy and excited about our forthcoming holiday.

I went in and booked a holiday with the lovely Tina ! I had left some details for what we want for a holiday next year and she looked into it and sent me a quote! I promptly went in and booked with her ! She is always helpful, knows what we are looking for and understanding to the needs we want to accommodate what we are looking for in a holiday!
