Emma Mills was fantastic
Emma Mills was fantastic, we gave so many different scenarios and wanted many options and then spent a week going backwards and forwards as we broadened our search. She found amazing deals every time and when she found the one we chose she couldn’t do enough to get it booked and secured as soon as possible and has reassured us that she is there for us right up until we get back from holiday! We have her number and we feel we can query anything with her as we go along. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her to everyone I know and would 100% go to her again for our next holiday.

Brilliant, efficient and always happy to help!
We've booked two holidays through Emma at Hays and she's been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I always have lots of questions and she answers then quickly. Looking forward to our holiday next year :)

Emma has been unbelievable helpful in locating a holiday for a large booking with different requests from members of the group.
Emma replies to messages and emails quickly and answers the phone at unsociable hours which has been a massive help.
Emma has helped when we've had a few problems and never made us feel pressured to book something we weren't comfortable with.
Can't rate Emma highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

tailor made holidays, made our dream holidays come true
Emma from start to finish made our holiday, she is very thorough in getting you exactly what you and partner want. She ensured that everything was explained and the location that we finally chose was out of this world, exactly what we wanted.
Emma is easily contactable and nothing was to much for her, she goes out of the way to ensure that your holiday is everything that you could ever want. Me and my partner went to Tenerife 5star hotel, spa and private members roof terrace. The whole experience was out of this world, far better than booking it your local travel agent, Emma is more than that she’s like a personal holiday organiser.
We’ve booked through shops before but I’ve got to say, holiday number 6 booking with Emma Ee would never look back.

Smooth process| Friendly & Very Efficient
This is our 2nd booking with Emma this year, our first holiday to Skiathos went fantastic. In the hunt for our holiday Emma worked quickly and patiently going back and forth until we was happy with the location which must test her patience 😆 if it does it never shows! The whole process is easy and speedy. Thanks
