Hannah booked our holiday to Mexico, she was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She's personable and gave good advice. I changed the destination and the dates a few times before we booked and she was still really cheery and willing to help, even though I must have driven her mad! She replies in good time, she wasn't pushy like some travel agents I have dealt with in the past, she put up with me and all my questions!! I would highly recommend booking with Hannah!

Both times i booked with Hayes your agent was really helpful, comparing flight times and costs with different airlines even though it was a package. Juliana and Maria in Enfield branch both did thorough searches to accommodate our wishes.

Maria Wells from the field/St. Albans office is the WORST!! She is inexperienced and doesn't care about customers.
I gave her my information at the end of March 2025 so she could book a trip for me. I waited for 3 weeks for the itinerary only to call her and find out she had denied to go on vacation to Cyprus. I had specifically told her that I needed the itinerary asap because I needed to apply for a Schengen visa.
After she got back she never bothered to call or work on the itinerary until I called her and insisted because I had an appointment with the embassy. She still didn't care. I did not want to start the process over with a new agent so I had to bare with her. I finally got my itinerary booked on May 7th, 2025.
I honestly don't think she is a fit for the Hospitality/travel industry.

They don't mind how long it takes as long as they find what it is you are looking for.

The lady Guiliette was very helpful and took her time to find us a nice location and place
