Holly was lovely. Very professional and knowledgeable and made the booking of our holidays quick and efficient but took the time to check we understood and felt happy with everything.

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. I had (much) more knowledge about booking a holiday than Esme did. Totally clueless, no confidence, no personality, just a deer in headlights. They could not offer competitive rates at all. I would not book with them if it was free.

Absolutly 1st class service
Absolutly 1st class service from Theresa couldnt be more helpfull nothing was to much trouble.
