Finaghy staff very helpful
Sophie was very engaging and very informative even though she was quite young and an inexperienced traveller. She was a lovely young lady and very helpful and quick to reply to any correspondence.

Great Service
Fantastic service received from Karen and Emma in Finaghy branch from start to finish with booking our holiday to Thialand.
This was first time we have booked a big long hall holiday with connecting locations so was a bit daunting, but Karen/Emma made everything go smoothly, organising all flights and hotels etc and kept us up to date throughout the process.

I trust Hays to provide me with value for money holidays, up to date information on resorts, flights and currency. Emma at the Finaghy branch helped us organise a special family trip to Japan and we feel confident that it will go smoothly as she and other members of staff at Hays Finaghy have enabled us to enjoy past holidays. Tailor-made trip - perfect for us.
We only had a bit of an idea of the sort of tour that we wanted. Hayes at Finaghy were able to take our ideas and come back to us with several options that were all great - almost as if they were tailor-made for us. Choosing the right trip in the end from the selection presented was easy and we can't wait for our holiday to come around.

Very helpful and great product knowledge from the lady who booked us a short break in Copenhagen. She had been to Copenhagen herself and clearly knew quite a lot about the city and it’s attractions.
