I've dealt with hays for a number of years for holidays. The staff are knowledgeable friendly and have my best interests at heart.Ive been looked after by Natalie and I seek her out when I go into the shop.shes very good at suggestions and adapting dates and hotels to suit my needs.cant recommend them highly enough.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, they are willing to help each other to get you the best deal. Amazing, Hays, Forest Side/Downpatrick are the only way to travel

Didn't know what i really wanted, Jenna ask a few questions and gave me a couple of options, all together i was in and out of the shop 3 times that day, the lady beside jenna helped me on my second visit i think her name was Natalie, I'm a man of 66 years and not always comfortable going in to speak to new people.Both ladies were great and informative they are a credit to your team, I'm booked and counting down the day's many thanks

Since Hays travel arrived at Forestsi we have always found a welcome smile from all the staff. We have found a special person in Natalie who goes to great lengths to find the right holiday for all her customers.

We have been going to Hays Travel from it open at Forestside and to Thomas Cook before that and we have always had great help. Natalie is great nothing is to much trouble she takes her time to explain every thing. All the people who work there are very friendly.
